HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN I LOSE DURING A CLEANSE?

The weight that you could possibly lose during your juice cleanse will vary from person to person. On average, one can lose 5 to 7 pounds a week at first. But this amount will vary based on how much weight you have to lose. In addition, weight loss is a combination of fat, muscle, and water. Staying active and drinking enough juice and water will help to preserve muscle mass and promote more fat loss instead.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY JUICE CLEANSE?

Around 2 to 3 days before the beginning of your juice cleanse, try to cut down on caffeine, processed foods, added sugars & alcohol to help prepare your body.

HOW MANY JUICES COME IN A CLEANSE AND WHEN SHOULD I DRINK THEM?

Your juice cleanse will come with 6 juices per day.  Ideally, you should drink one every 2 hours. Be sure to drink plenty of water in between each juice.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I GET HUNGRY?

Eat something! However, we recommended having a warm plant-based broth, almonds, cashews or vegetables such as carrot sticks, celery sticks or cucumters to snack on.

SHOULD I DRINK WATER?

Yes, drinking water is still important and necessary! You need water in addition to your juices to stay hydrated.

CAN I DRINK COFFEE?

Contrary to most juice companies, if coffee is part of your daily routine, we believe it is acceptable to continue to drink coffee. However, we recommend drinking black coffee.

HOW DO I PREVENT GAINING THE WEIGHT BACK I LOSE DURING MY CLEANSE?

Cleansing can be a great way to get over the frustrating plateau and break some cravings. This allows you to get into a routine, once finished, and continue to eat very clean after your cleanse. We suggest doing shorter cleanses more often to help you achieve your goals.

CAN I DO A JUICE CLEANSE WHILE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

With the nutritional needs during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we highly advise not to, during those times.   Please consult your doctor.

HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD I DO A JUICE CLEANSE?

This depends on your needs as each person's goals are different.  When picking the length of your juice cleanse, there are a few key things you need to evaluate and understand first:

  • Your personal needs and goals

  • The benefits each length of cleanse offers

A big consideration when choosing the length of time to cleanse is your main health goal. Trying to reset after a fun night out? A one day juice cleanse might be what you are looking for. Looking to shed a few pounds or improve your quality of sleep? A longer juice cleanse is best to maximize results. Take a step back and evaluate the main reason why you want to cleanse before diving in head-first.


If you’re brand new to the world of juicing, it’s best to start small and work your way up to longer cleanses. You’ll need to get your body used to the idea of juicing and make sure it’s something you can stick to.

Commitment level

Take a glance at your calendar and gauge how busy you will be during your cleanse. If you have lots on your plate, committing to a longer juice cleanse might be tough and you run the risk of disappointment or feelings of guilt if you can’t complete it. 


Lifestyle

Your lifestyle will play a big part in the length of cleanse you should pick. If you’re a very active person (like a runner or cyclist), a long juice cleanse might not be the best option for you—unless you’re willing to commit to some (likely) much needed R&R. When working out intensely, your body needs enough calories and energy to perform.

If your lifestyle is in need of some improvement (like unhealthy food cravings or high alcohol or caffeine consumption), a longer cleanse can help you build better habits.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A 1, 3, 5 AND 7 DAY JUICE CLEANSE?

1 Day Juice Cleanse

This an excellent way to give your digestive system a rest and reboot. By feeding your body readily-available nutrients in the form of cold pressed juice, the digestive system is allowed to rest and heal, while the rest of the body works to clear out toxins.  If you’ve suffered from brain fog, fatigue, skin rashes, bloating, or digestive issues, a juice cleanse can do wonders for you by allowing organs normally responsible for daily detox to work in overdrive to rid the body of toxins and heal inflammation.

3 Day Juice Cleanse

This cleanse is just long enough to provide benefits like improved digestion and kicking unhealthy cravings to the curb, but short enough that beginners can tackle it on the first try.  A 3 day juice cleanse can be for beginners and are disigned to set people new to juice cleansing up for success or provide more experienced cleansers a nice reboot.

5 Day Juice Cleanse

This cleanse is best for people who have experience juice cleansing and have more aggressive health goals. These cleanses help you to reconnect with your body’s true hunger signals, increase your energy levels, and help improve mental clarity.
